MAJOR. honors old-school courtship in the official music video for his brand new, love-filled ballad “Better With You In It.” The R&B crooner just recently released the impassioned record, which is also the theme song to the beloved OWN Network series “Black Love.” Inspired by old Hollywood love scenes, the video finds the singer and his love interest in romantic moments including riding a motorcycle down a palm tree-lined street and lounging together on a floor covered in classic vinyl records.
The love birds are then seen building a life together. From moving into their first place, to having dinner with their first child, their lives have only become that much better because of each other.
“My life is better with you in it / Ten hundred ways that I can spend it / Oh Happy Day, ain’t no pretending / My world is better with you in it,” MAJOR. sings over the Harmony Samuels production. “But if you see like I see / You’ll be right there, right next to me / Oh what a vision from my position / Oh what a scene.”
