Since the release of his 2014 album Stronger, Tank has been busy touring and enjoying family time with his new son Zion. But, today marks his official return with the brand new single “You Don’t Know” featuring Wale, the first release off his forthcoming 7th studio album Sex, Love & Pain 2.
Tank brings back the sexy romance over an interpolation of Patti Labelle’s classic “If Only You Knew.” Hitting some high notes in his falsetto Tank puts his love and dedication on display.
“What’s it gonna take for you to know, you’re the only one I want around / What’s it gonna take for you to know, you’re the only one that holds me down,” he sings while Wale compliments the track with a grown man verse.
