Listen: Pleasure P Reunites with Pretty Ricky on New Single “Puddles”

Talk about a blast from the past! With the 10 year anniversary of their debut album Bluestars right around the corner, the original members of Miami-based group Pretty Ricky have reunited to deliver a brand new single for the ladies.

Originally comprised of rappers Baby Blue, Spectacular, and Slickem, along with R&B crooner Pleasure P, the group – which produced the hits “Grind On Me,” “Your Body,” “Hotline,” and more – replaced Pleasure P in 2007 when he left to embark on his solo career. While the remaining members kept the show going without Pleasure P and dropped their third album, Pretty Ricky, things just haven’t been the same.

Now, 10 years later, the original boys are back! Set to release the sequel to 2005’s Bluestars, which is aptly titled Bluestars 2,  the quartet is delivering the lead single titled “Puddles.” Reminiscent of a love making ’90s R&B hit, the new single flashes us back to the debut of the group and their best album – arguably – to date.
