John Legend‘s wife, Chrissy Teigen, is a judge on MTV’s series ‘Snack-Off,’ where she tastes, debates, and determines the fate of amateur chefs. On Thursday night’s celebrity episode, the R&B crooner made his own appearance in the ‘kitchen,’ as he was challenged with the task of making a sandwich without bread.
Chrissy watched intently as her hubby competed against the likes of Melanie Iglesias and Big Black for a $1,000 prize for charity. John put up a good fight and wowed the judges with his made-from-scratch “Sloppy John.”
Moving on to the final round, John went head-to-head with Big Black, but ultimately his Butterfinger-battered fried chicken fell short.
