Beyoncé Talks Visual Creativeness in ‘Self-Titled’ [Part 3]

Dropping off another gift for fans, Beyoncé unveiled Part 3 of her ‘Self-Titled’ video project. If you’ve been a little behind on what the concept of this is, it is to show the creative process during the making of her surprise album, Beyoncé.

In this third part of the interesting clips, the beautiful singer talks about her development of the album and the process of filming each video. The five-minute clip reveals that she recorded 80 songs within the past year and stated that, “It was the songs that were more effortless for me that stuck around.”

Giving a little background on the standout hit from the album, Beyoncé also states in the clip that “Drunk in Love” came about when producers Detail and Timbaland joined her and hubby Hov in the studio. Stating that she freestyled most of her parts – as did Jay Z – the song wasn’t meant to be a hit. Showing a bit of behind the scenes shots of the aforementioned visual, Beyoncé just wanted to have fun.
