Erykah Badu & Charlie Wilson Perform at ‘Woman’s Empowerment 2013’ Event

This weekend the 2013 ‘Woman’s Empowerment’ event went down in Raleigh, North Carolina. The seminar and concert, which is presented by the local Radio One stations, included guest speakers such as Wendy Williams and T.D. Jakes, along with performances from Erykah Badu and Charlie Wilson.

Uncle Charlie showcased that he’s still got some mean dance moves, and delivered his catalog of hits. Erykah performed a stellar set of her own classics and more. Two of R&B’s buzzing newcomers, Marcus Canty and Ravaughn, hit the stage at the PNC Arena as well. Fantasia also made an appearance to talk about health and finding her way back.
