Breaking News: Chris Brown & Frank Ocean Involved in Studio Brawl

TMZ is reporting breaking news that Chris Brown and Frank Ocean were in an all-out brawl on Sunday night. An altercation apparently began while both artists and some entourage were at Westlake Recording Studios in Los Angeles. Read the developing report below…

Chris Brown was involved in an all-out brawl with Frank Ocean Sunday night, and sources connected with Chris insist Ocean started it.

Chris was at Westlake Studio in the L.A. area listening to one of of the artists he represents. The sources say as Chris went to leave, Frank Ocean and his crew blocked Chris from leaving. The sources say Frank said, “This is my studio, this is my parking spot.”

We’re told Chris went to shake Frank’s hand … and that’s when one of Frank’s people attacked Chris. Sources connected with Chris say one of Chris’ friends jumped in front and hit Frank’s friend.

Sources connected with Chris say Frank then came at Chris … Chris pushed him away and they started brawling.

The police were called and are on scene now.

The two previously had a Twitter spat back in 2011, and reportedly some of Chris’s crew exchanged words with Frank while seen driving, but the rumored beef was supposedly called to rest not long after.

UPDATE: Frank has tweeted about the situation. “got jumped by chris and a couple guys. lol. i only wish everest was there,” he wrote, referring to his dog. “cut my finger now I can’t play w two hands at the grammys.”

According to TMZ, Chris was not there when police arrived, but they did speak to Frank, who claimed the fight started over a parking space, and Brown punched him. There were 6 people involved in the fight. No charges were pressed at this time, and no arrests have been made.

Around 4am Chris shared the photo below with the comment, “Working on my album. Not working on negativity. Focus on feeding ya family. Bullshit will forever be in the shadows.”
