“I just wanted to give people honest music, so whatever I feel like saying about life issues is what I will say. I chose to introduce my self to the world with my single “Self Made” because it’s a fun and very honest record that describes my everyday life. As an independent and self-reliant woman I have had to fight for every opportunity in life, I’ve been knocked down more than one could imagine. Nothing has ever been given to me, I don’t know what hand outs are. I’m a proud single mother, a fighter, and a work in progress always striving to be the best I can be for family, friends and myself.”, says K in regards to her debut.
