Summer is around the corner, but Sean Kingston is kicking it off early with the music video to his buzzing new single “Beat It” featuring Chris Brown and Wiz Khalifa. The three hitmakers throw a lavish party at a mansion in Malibu, with more bikini wearing models than you can count and plenty of drinks.

Sean chills poolside as he sings his verse, Breezy has a good time dancing and showing off his two-step, while Wiz raps his verse from a balcony overlooking a tree lined hill. As the sun sets, leaving a gorgeous purple skyline, the party gets real turnt up with everyone dancing and helicopters flying in the background.

Sean Kingston is making his comeback with the catchy new single “Beat It” featuring Chris Brown and Wiz Khalifa. The three hitmakers recently got together to film the upcoming music video at a mansion in Malibu, CA.

Breezy is seen sharing his concept with Sean and Wiz for how the visual should open, which he says should feature the perspective of a single paparazzi, who they let tag along and see how they really live their lives.

Sean explains the summer time visual is based around the idea of a modern day Rat Pack, “The young fly bosses of the young generation right now, me, Chris and Wiz, just showing our sh*t in a different type of way. A lot of my videos you see Sean but you never get to really see me, in this type of light. I’m older now I’m 23, so it’s a different type of look.”

Casandra rides through the neighborhood in an old-school Impala with her pal Karrueche Tran, chills on the stoop with Jeremih, and swings by the local liquor store in the Alex Nazari-directed clip. Her mixtape drops this Thursday 4/11. Peep the video below:

Miguel brought some soul to the first hour of the 55th Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday. At music’s biggest night the L.A. native surprised by opening his performance playing the keyboard, before belting out his hit record “Adorn,” which had already won for “Best R&B Song” prior to the show. Big Congrats to Miguel for that!

Akon has been pretty absent with new music, dropping one single in 2012, his delayed album Stadium never showed up, and we are beginning to think that might be a past thought. But, with the New Year here, a new song has recently surfaced, and it’s not half bad. The singer/producer was featured on Wiz Khalifa’s recent album O.N.I.F.C., and now the rapper returns the favor on “Dirty Work.” If there was ever a strippers slow jam this is it, take a listen below…

New Music: Ne-Yo feat. Wiz Khalifa – Don’t Make ‘Em Like You

While we were all expecting the release of his song with Diddy & Fabolous, Ne-Yo flips things up and drops the new jam “Don’t Make ‘Em Like You” featuring Wiz Khalifa. Similar to some of his previous hits the song is a gracious acknowledgement to all of the independent, classy women out there.

The R&B hitmaker is prepping for the release of his fifth album R.E.D., currently scheduled for November 6.

New Music: Wiz Khalifa feat. The Weeknd – Remember You

Granted this is a Wiz Khalifa song, the brand new single from the rappers anticipated sophomore album O.N.I.F.C., but for all The Weeknd fans this is a must-hear. Especially due to the lack of new music or features from the Canadian singer-songwriter, and as anticipation builds for the official release of his Trilogy album. We actually broke the news of this collaboration back in April, but it is great to hear the final product.

Sigh! We have been patiently waiting for this remix with a much better rapper, having to hold our tongue for months now, and this is what shows up in the inbox today. Nothing against Wiz, respect the man, and he’s not bad on here, but not necessary.
