Watch: Tinashe Performs “2 On” on ‘Wendy Williams’


Tinashe has made it to national television. The burgeoning young songstress has one of the hottest records of the year with her debut single “2 On,” and she took her talents to daytime TV on Monday.

Making her debut appearance on ‘The Wendy Williams Show,’ the L.A. native wearing an oversized Hood by Air jersey and Jordans, served up a dancy-heavy performance of her DJ Mustard-produced hit, which is now No. 1 on Rhythmic Radio.

“Wow, this is a dream come true!!!” tweeted Tinashe.

Her debut album Aquarius is due out this September. Check out her performance below!

Tank Performs “You’re My Star” on ‘Wendy Williams’


Tank made the television performance debut of his brand new single “You’re My Star” on Wendy Williams Tuesday morning.

The Grammy-nominated R&B veteran took to the stage with 4 sexy ladies to perform the celebratory song. Showing off some dance moves of his own, it clearly is a brand new era for Tank, who took a moment to dance with Wendy during his set.

Following his performance Tank spoke about canceling his scheduled performance at the L.A. Clippers Playoff game, following the statements of Donald Sterling. “For me it was simple, I’m a black man,” he stated.

Tank is currently prepping for the release of his sixth studio album, Stronger, which is due out this summer.

LaTavia Roberson Talks Destiny’s Child & Matthew Knowles On ‘Wendy’


Original Destiny’s Child member and newest face on R&B Divas Atlanta LaTavia Roberson, has taken advantage of her revived stardom. Taking to the queen of gossip – Wendy Williams, LaTavia answered a few questions that we’ve all been wondering over the past decade.

Letting all the juice out, LaTavia received the typical grill from Wendy as she dug into the past to get to the bottom of the fascination known as the Destiny’s Child breakup.

Telling Wendy that she was originally approached before last season’s show, the emerging author and singer stated that it was only right to take advantage of it as it rolled around the second time.

Alicia Keys Talks Marriage To Swizz Beatz & Motherhood on Wendy Williams


Alicia Keys paid a visit to The Wendy Williams Show for a very candid conversation. The R&B diva opened up to Wendy about her marriage to Swizz Beatz, how they first got together, and motherhood. Alicia shared a story about her 2-year old son Egypt hanging out with Beyoncé’s daughter Blue Ivy, “I think Egypt kissed Blue and I don’t think Jay liked it very much. He called my husband and he was like, ‘Watch your son.’”

The multi-Grammy winner played Wendy’s favorite game of ‘Fave 5,’ and she shared her favorite thing to do with Swizz (sex), her favorite gift from him (a tattoo of her face), her guilty pleasures and favorite current artists.

Ne-Yo & Wendy Williams Celebrate National “PDA” Day

Ne-Yo is continuing his campaign for love as the R&B hitmaker and Wendy Williams teamed up to help Nivea celebrate the first day of summer and National PDA Day at The Grove in LA.

“I’m bringing back love in all aspects,” explained Ne-Yo. “Love from every angle, be it the sexy side of love, be it the emotional side of love, be it the ugly side of love, the pretty side of love, that’s the thing about love, there’s many facets to it. “Lazy Love,” is my take on the more sensual and sexy side of love,” he said about his latest single.


On Monday morning Toni Braxton paid a visit to The Wendy Williams Show, in essence to discuss World Autism Day and also start promotion for her new album. Wendy did as she does best, such as quiz Toni about her rumored relationship with Eddie Murphy, and ask the Grammy-winner if she would be continuing with her hit reality TV show “Braxton Family Values.” Toni mentions she might be taking a break from the show, or toning it down.

Mary J. Blige’s anticipated interview with Wendy Williams aired this morning. The Queen of Hip-Hop Soul addressed some heavy issues with her pal including her sobriety, rumors surrounding her marriage, and motherhood.

Wendy encouraged MJB to become a mother, but she’s in no rush. “When it’s time, when it happens, it’s in my future. I’m not planning it,” said Mary, who also performed her My Life II single “Mr. Wrong” and the Golden Globe-nominated “The Living Proof.”
