New Music: Sean Garrett feat. Trey Songz & Future – Twilight Zone

Sean Garrett has been working behind the scenes, writing and producing for artists such as Brandy and Mindless Behavior, but he has returned to the mic with the new single, “Twilight Zone.” The Pen calls on Trey Songz and Future for the freaky record, which is set to appear on his Gangsta Grillz mixtape, ‘The Inkwell 2,’ tentatively due in July.

“Yes, we back again with another song of the summer,” Garrett told Billboard. “This time more conceptual, sexy, moody, street, and club—that both the DJs and the ladies are gonna love.”

Ne-Yo Says New Music with Trey Songz Coming Soon, Excited about R&B Again

Ne-Yo is currently finishing up his short fan appreciation tour, and during his stop in Washington, DC, he paid a visit to 93.9 WKYS to talk to EZ Street about the show, his role and partnership with Malibu Red and new music.

The R&B hitmaker revealed that he and Trey Songz are now next door neighbors in L.A., and they have been speaking about collaborating on some new music together. He said it won’t be an album, but there could definitely be a few tracks coming in the near future.  In addition, Chris Brown is just around the corner from them, and there might be even bigger plans in the making.

Ne-Yo spoke about plans for his next album, which he has just begun working on. We can expect him to focus mainly on R&B again, as he is excited about where the genre is going again and wants to do his part. He told the story of recording his upcoming duet with Celine Dion and more.

That guy T-Pain gets back to business with the new strip club single “Bad B*tches Link Up.” The auto-tune king recruits none other than Juicy J to offer his expertise, and Trey Songz to help toast the bad chicks. The R&B heartthrob helps with hook duties and gets down and dirty with his raunchy verse.

Pain and Trigga previously collaborated on Ne-Yo’s joint “The Way You Move.”

Trey Songz reflects on a relationship gone wrong and the woman he lost in the new music video for his latest single “Fumble.” The R&B heartthrob writes an apology to the young woman admitting his faults for not being the man he should have been.

Life on the road can be lonely, and Trey tells a story of a man with love and admiration all over the world, but all he can do is think about the one that he let get away.

“It’s basically a song about having the one person that’ll do whatever for you, the one person that’ll go to the end of the world and back, and you not realizing it until it’s damn near too late,” Trey previously told Billboard. “It’s essentially about having someone’s heart in your hands and dropping it.”

Trey Songz went from a ‘heart attack’ to a heart-breaker as he preps for the release of the music video for “Fumble,” the latest single off his album Chapter V. As the R&B heartthrob travels across the world on tour, but he can’t stop thinking about how he treated the girl at home.

“It’s basically a song about having the one person that’ll do whatever for you, the one person that’ll go to the end of the world and back, and you not realizing it until it’s damn near too late,” Trey previously told Billboard. “It’s essentially about having someone’s heart in your hands and dropping it.”
