Luke James lent his talents to the 2013 H.O.P.E. Inaugural Youth Ball on Sunday, January 20 at the Howard Theatre in Washington, DC. The rising R&B star graced the stage for a performance treating the crowd to his incredible vocals and original material. Luke celebrated the night with fellow young up and coming talents such as singer Torion Sellers, model Bianca Golden and actor Jermaine Crawford, who founded the event in 2009.
