Usher Talks Coaching & Strategy on ‘The Voice’

Usher has been having an exciting and entertaining time as a coach on NBC’s ‘The Voice.’ Now that the initial audition rounds are complete and he has selected his team, the R&B superstar shares his thoughts on what his coaching strategy will be. He also talks about the experience thus far and the chemistry between himself and the other coaches.

The Voice Tributes Newtown Shooting Victoms with Hallelujah Performance

As our hearts are still heavy from last weeks tragedy, Christina Aguilera, Cee-Lo Green, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton paid tribute to the victims of the Newtown school shooting with a special performance of “Hallelujah” during ‘The Voice’ on Monday night.

The judges were joined by Carson Daly, Christina Milian, finalists Cassadee Pope, Nicholas David, and Terry McDermott, as well as former contestants, for a touching tribute.

News: Jermaine Paul Wins Season 2 of ‘The Voice’

Hardwork, determination and faith paid off for past background singer Jermaine Paul, as the NY native was crowned the Season 2 winner of NBC’s “The Voice” on Tuesday night. Paul, who competed with countless others over a lengthy period of time, takes home a cash prize of 100k and a record contract with Universal Republic.

The former background singer for Alica Keys also brought the trophy home for his coach Blake Shelton, who mentored JP throughout the process. After hearing host Carson Daly announce his name, Jermaine thanked those important to him and hugged his family members, friends, fellow contestants and the other judges, before taking the stage one last time for an emotional encore performance of R. Kelly’s “I Believe I Can Fly,” which he sang on Monday’s episode.
