Leah Labelle and RaVaughn Brown Perform at BET Music Matters Grammy Showcase

Leah Labelle and RaVaughn Brown are two of R&B’s young singers on the rise. Both of these ladies have been in L.A. for Grammy week, and in the midst of enjoying all the pre-Grammy parties, they both hit the stage at the BET Music Matters Grammy Showcase.

Many of their peers in the industry, such as L.A. Reid, Ne-Yo, Babyface, Jermaine Dupri, and more were there to support.

The Introduction of Ne-Yo’s New Artist – RaVaughn

RaVaughn, previously known by her full name Ravaughn Brown is prepping the release of her mixtape and debut album. In her official EPK the LA Native talks about what life is like being signed to Compound University, working with Ne-Yo and finally getting to live her dream.


Ne-Yo & The Compound Foundation Host “Fostering A Legacy” Benefit

This past weekend Ne-Yo and his Compound Foundation honored legendary filmmaker George Lucas and Coca Cola for their support of youth in foster care at a private event in the Hamptons. During the evening guests enjoyed an Asian inspired meal and specialty cocktails from Malibu Red before funnyman Arsenio Hall took the stage allowing attendees to purchase balloons from $250 to $1,000 with each representing sending students to attend the Compound Foundation’s summer program. Over $50,000 was raised at the event where guests included Russell Simmons, Paula Abdul, Rocsi Diaz and Compound artists Adrienne Bailon and RaVaughn Brown.
