Following his magnetic performance at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards, Prince and his all girl band 3rd Eye Girl have released the official music video for their latest single, “Fixurlifeup.” The performance based visual was directed by Sanaa Hamri and filmed in San Diego during their “Live Out Loud” tour.
The music icon and his band are currently readying a new album to be released on indie label Kobalt Music Group.

Prince tore down the stage at the MGM Grand Arena, closing the show of the 2013 Billboard Music Awards on Sunday night. The musical genius was presented with the coveted “Icon” Award, and performed two records including the debut of “FixUrLifeUp.”
Following his rockin performance, Prince finally releases new music in a “traditional” digital manner. The song which features his all-girl group 3rd Eye Girl is currently available on iTunes now.

Prince rocked the s.h.i.t. out of the MGM Grand Garden Arena as he closed out the 2013 Billboard Music Awards on Sunday night. The musical genius was presented with the prestigious “Icon Award,” as highlights from his legendary career played out on the big screen.
Following an introduction from Janelle Monae and Erykah Badu, Prince took the stage alongside his all-girl band, 3d Eye Girl, to perform “Let’s Go Crazy” and debut his brand new single, “Fix Ur Life Up.”

Prince is really back, making his latest TV appearance the music icon visited Late Night with Jimmy Fallon to deliver a rare performance. Backed by his all female band, 3rd Eye Girl, Prince rocked their new single “Screwdriver,” and the classic “Bambi” from his 1979 self-titled sophomore album.
In promotion of the new music he will kick off a west coast tour this April.

Following his rare appearance at the 55th Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday, music icon Prince has released the official music video for one of his recent new songs “Screw Driver.” The black-and-white clip opens with members of a female band frustrated with their male counterparts, and looking to take their talents elsewhere. Enter the mysterious arm of The Purple One, and the rock-heavy song is brought to life with a performance and party.

It’s crazy, but Prince is really back! The music icon returns to his sexy ways on the quirky, falsetto driven “Breakfast Can Wait.” Who doesn’t like a little early activity to start the day off with a bang (pun intended). The cuts sound falls inline, and almost mimics some of his past cuts, but it’s a nice addition to his continuing catalog. The song is available for digital download here.

Prince is back! The music icon is covering the latest issue of Billboard magazine, and for good reason. The legendary singer/musician will be receiving the Icon award at this year’s Billboard Music Awards on May 19, where he will be hitting the stage to perform! Prince released the new single “Rock and Roll Love Affair” last year, and fans worldwide are hoping for a new album soon.
This issue is the beginning of a new era for Billboard, which includes a re-tooled magazine, access to issues via iPads, and a soon to be unveiled revamped website.
