As the R&B crooner begins for his return to the scene and forthcoming album, he has shot the music video for the Polow Da Don produced jam.

Mario has nothing but love for his hometown of Baltimore as he stopped by the 92Q studios to talk with iiKane about his new single “Somebody Else” featuring Nicki Minaj, and forthcoming album.
The R&B vocalist is excited about his return and anticipated album, which is scheduled to be released in September. He revealed he has a collaboration with J. Cole titled “Fatal Distraction” which may be the next single. “It just talks about the distractions that temptation and infatuation can have on a man and vice versa,” he shared about the track.
Mario also revealed he has a duet record, which he is thinking about doing with Sevyn Streeter. In addition he talks about his charity work, and the “perfect woman.” Peep the interview below:

The new song titled, “Somebody Else,” is produced by Polow Da Don, and scheduled to hit iTunes on Tuesday, May 21. “I hope this new song breathes new life into R&B and where I’m gonna take it!” said the 26-year-old in a handwritten note.
Mario’s upcoming fifth album will reflect the changes in his life. “Nothing can explain the excitement in my heart at this point & time in my life,” he said. “I have changed so much as a man, artist, & creator, and I realize more and more everyday that it’s not about me. It’s about me doing what GOD wants me to do; change the world with my GIFT.”
