R. Kelly Chills with Justin Bieber

Are R. Kelly and Justin Bieber working on a collaboration? It’s not clear at this time, but we do know that the two recently met up. Kellz hung out with the Biebs this past weekend and the teen superstar played the R&B king some music, possibly off his upcoming acoustic album.

“Just chillen this weekend with the homie @justinbieber,” tweeted Kellz.

Justin’s Believe Acoustic is due January 29, and it features acoustic versions of eight songs from his chart-topping album, plus previously unreleased songs including “Yellow Raincoat,” “Nothing Like Us,” and “I Would,” produced by Da Internz and Aaron Michael Cox.

Kellz is working on his next album, the anticipated Black Panties, which is expected to be along the lines of his classic 12 Play album.


New Music: Justin Bieber feat. Drake – Right Here

Justin Bieber will release his anticipated, official sophomore album, Believe, next week June 19. But, right now you can check out “Right Here,” his new collabo with fellow Canadian, Drake, produced by Hit-Boy.


Justin Bieber Performs “Boyfriend” at Billboard Music Awards

Justin Bieber stormed the stage at the Billboard Music Awards with his hit single “Boyfriend.” The teen sensation performed the Mike Posner-produced song with a troupe of dancers, and showed off his dance moves. Check it out…

Usher Performs “Scream” & “Climax” on ‘SNL’ (Video)

Usher made his third appearance on “Saturday Night Live” this weekend. In addition to appearing in an “SNL Digital Short,” the R&B star hit the stage for performances of his new dance-pop single “Scream” and chart-topping hit “Climax,” off his forthcoming album Looking 4 Myself, due June 12.

I know, can’t believe I’m posting music from Bieber either…although his new single “Boyfriend” is hot, and he is getting close to that point when JT crossed over to R&B. But, anyways…this song is just nice and perfect for this forthcoming weekend. The Biebs got a touching one here…

Behind The Scenes: Usher & Justin Bieber’s ‘Billboard’ Cover Shoot

Billboard takes you behind-the-scenes of the photoshoot for their latest issue, featuring Usher and Justin Bieber. The young star and his mentor stand side by side, and pose by Justin’s crazy, chromed-out Fisker sports car. Usher speaks about his flourishing artist and how far he has grown and will continue to improve.

“As I said in the beginning of his career, and as I still feel now, ya know the story has yet to unfold, it is a story that is his own, and as he finds his voice, ya know I think people will continue to see what it is that myself and Scooter Braun saw in him as a young child.”

Both Usher and Justin are releasing new albums this June, with the R&B superstar’s Looking 4 Myself coming June 12, and Bieb’s much-anticipated sophomore set Believe hitting stores the week after, on June 19.

Sean Garrett Talks Working with Dr. Dre, Kelly Rowland, & Justin Bieber

Kelly’s importance and his vision of what R&B is, plus he sings a little live acapella. One of the most interesting points he made is at the very end of part 2. Talking about his style as an artist, he mentions Rihanna, how on her albums she mixes in Pop records with some raw, real emotion, or extra sexy tracks too, and compares it to the success of Snickers, mixing the ‘salty’ with the ‘sweet.’
