TLC and Snoop Dogg Perform “Way Back” on ‘Kimmel’

After debuting at #1 on the Billboard independent albums chart, and #2 on the Billboard R&B chart, TLC made their late-night TV performance debut of “Way Back” on Thursday night.

Bringing a throwback party vibe to the outdoor stage of “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” the iconic duo were joined by Snoop Dogg for the throwback inspired jam.

Rocking silver and black matching outfits, T-Boz and Chilli rocked the Mercedes Benz sponsored stage with their touring band as the crowd grooved along.

“Don’t you ever wish / One day we could reminisce / It feels like we were just together / ‘Cause we go way back,” they sang before Uncle Snoop made a surprise appearance to spit his smooth verse.

TLC released their self-titled and final album to wide critical and fan praise on June 30, and took the #1 spot on the Billboard Independent Albums chart. The album also landed at #2 on the Billboard R&B Album chart. In the UK, the album debuted at #1 on the Top 40 Rhythm and Blues Albums chart.

The ladies are currently headlining the “I Love The ‘90s – The Party Continues” tour with Sugar Ray’s Mark McGrath, Naughty By Nature, Biz Markie, Montell Jordan, and others.

Trey Songz Performs “1 x 1” & “Nobody Else But You” on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’

Trey Songz brought ‘Tremaine’ to ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ on Monday night.

Dressed in a red silk shirt, the R&B heartthrob kicked off his set with the smooth single “Nobody Else But You.” Trigga serenaded the ladies, singing along with the track amid red, blue, and purple lights.

Next, he introduced the crowd to his brand new single, “1×1,” backed by his band. The uptempo tune had the audience turned up as Trigga jumped down to party with some women in the front row.

“‘Cause there ain’t nothing better than you / Got me watching every move / Like you’re the only one in the room,” sings Trey.

Last month, the singer finished up his “Tremaine Tour” and is currently doing spot dates this summer, in support of his seventh studio album Tremaine.

Watch Mariah Carey & YG Perform “I Don’t” on ‘Jimmy Kimmel’

For her first performance since the New Year’s Eve fiasco, Mariah Carey hit the stage on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” on Wednesday night to perform her new single “I Don’t” along with rapper YG.

Wearing a dapper white tuxedo, YG kicked off their set in front of a white video screen before walking over to Carey and the band. In a gorgeous low-cut, floor length red dress, Mariah gave a stellar performance of the breakup anthem for the first time live. Later, she had some fun back and forth with YG’s return to the stage.

The Jermaine Dupri and Bryan-Michael Cox produced single is the first of many that Mimi has planned to release this year. “I’m gonna be doing singles, because it’s more fun for me to just write singles and not focus totally on doing one whole album,” she told fans during a Facebook Live session. “It seems like a lot more fun to just sit down, write a single, collaborate.”

Watch BJ the Chicago Kid Perform “Love Inside” on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’

With Valentine’s Day around the corner, BJ The Chicago Kid delivered some loving feelings on Thursday night with a performance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”

The 3x Grammy-nominated crooner took to the inside stage with his band to perform the soulful “Love Inside” for the late night audience. Rocking an embroidered denim ensemble, BJ got his Anderson .Paak on, opening his set on the drums before taking to the mic and showing off his vocal gifts.

The Chicago native released his Motown Records debut album In My Mind in 2016, which has received 3 nods on the upcoming Grammy Awards, including Best R&B Performance, Best Traditional R&B Performance, and Best R&B Album.

Usher Goes All Around The World with “No Limit” on ‘Kimmel’


Usher took fans all around the world with his performance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” on Tuesday night.  The R&B superstar continued to celebrate the release of his eighth studio album Hard II Love by perf0rming the album’s hit single “No Limit” for the studio audience, who helped join in on the unique set.

Standing in front of 2 large projector screens Usher danced for the camera and pushed it around in circles to show the crowd, and then the screens would switch showing fans from different countries dancing to the song in their homes. But, he had a surprise in store, as the camera turned once again, Usher magically appeared on the outdoor stage with all his dancers and full band behind him.

During Young Thug’s verse a full dance-off went down, as the outdoor audience cheered them on. However you feel about the song, this was a dope performance.

Anthony Hamilton & The Hamiltones Sing For The Animals on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’


Have you seen the viral video of Anthony Hamilton and his infamous back-up group, The Hamiltones, singing to a baby goat that was just standing on a large rock?

The video, which Anthony posted to his Facebook and other social media accounts, has received millions of views, and caught the attention of Jimmy Kimmel, who invited the fellas to come on his show on Tuesday.

Sticking with the theme of the song they improvised about the goat, Jimmy set up other various animals for the guys to sing about in a similar way.

It’s kind of silly, but press is press, right?

Usher Talks New Album ‘Hard II Love,’ and ‘Hands of Stone’ Film on Jimmy Kimmel Live


With Hands of Stone hitting theaters today, Usher made an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” on Thursday night.

Along with promoting the movie, the R&B star officially announced the title of his eighth studio album, Hard II Love, and confirmed it is coming out Sept. 16. Last night, he also dropped two new songs, the bass-heavy single “Missin U,” and “Champions,” which originated from the soundtrack to Hands of Stone.

During his chat with Jimmy, the singer/actor spoke about portraying boxing legend Sugar Ray Leonard in the film, and hoping he would get his approval of a sex scene during the movie premiere. Usher also showed off his jump roping abilities for the studio audience, and talked about celebrating the Cleveland Cavaliers NBA Championship.

Maxwell Performs “Lake By The Ocean” on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’


On the eve of releasing his highly-anticipated new album blackSUMMERS’night, Maxwell appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” as the musical guest.
