As the release date nears for The-Dream‘s new album IV Play, the platinum hitmaker shares a preview of the anticipated Beyoncé and 2 Chainz collabo, “Turnt.”
“Beat it up till I blackout,” sings Bey, while declaring, “Turn up!”
Beyoncé was originally set to appear on another song on the album, but they weren’t able to clear the sample. So Dream got some new vocals from her, added 2 Chainz, and made “Turnt.”

Robin Thicke is coming hard with the heavy hitter guest features. Following his sexy uptempo single “Blurred Lines” featuring T.I. and Pharrell, the soulful crooner has premiered a brand new single, “Give It To Me,” which features 2 Chainz and Kendrick Lamar. The synth and bass heavy, dance-floor jam, produced by will.i.am, finds Thicke flaunting his signature falsetto as 2 Chainz and Kendrick add their own signature touches.

Eric Benet‘s latest single “News For You” has been peaking in the top 5 of the Urban AC charts, so to give it an added boast the R&B vet has recruited 2 Chainz to drop a verse for the official remix. An unlikely pairing, but EB also did a cut with Lil’ Wayne recently, so he knows who to hit up when he’s looking for the right rap feature. The original version of the jazzy single can be heard on Eric’s stellar album The One, in stores now.

Ciara returns with her brand new single, “Sweat,” the first release off her upcoming album One Woman Army, due later this year on Epic Records. CiCi recruits buzzin rapper 2 Chainzzz! to heat up the bass-heavy track, which will be available June 19 on iTunes. The singer-dancer recently told MTV that she has been in the lab with “Ride” producer Tricky Stewart, as well as The Underdogs’ Harvey Mason Jr. and Damon Thomas working on the LP.

Teairra Mari leaves her inhibitions at the door in the brand new video for “U Did That,” the 2 Chainz-assisted lead single off her sophomore album, Sex on the Radio, due this Summer.
“This is one on my favorite videos that I’ve done for a couple of reasons, starting with the mixture of grit and glam, the fact that the settings are very gritty and dark and I’m still serving glam,” Teairra tells AOL’s The BoomBox of the video, which was shot in Los Angeles.
“Also, I love, love, love seeing myself let loose in the one-on-one dance scene!” she adds. “To top it off, I had a great time shooting the video with my incredible glam squad and 2 Chainz was absolutely amazing!”
The 24-year-old singer, who is signed to songwriter Rico Love’s Division I imprint, continues to deliver her sexified image, as she shows off her curves in a barely-there outfit and gyrates with a male dancer.
Rico Love, the producer of “U Did That,” supported his artist’s decision to heat things up on set. “I’m such a fan of Teairra and I love the visual for this song,” he states. “I feel like it captures a more mature Teairra. She has a a lot to prove and she’s up for the task. I support her 100 percent.”
