John Legend Performs at ‘Yahoo! On The Road’ Concert Series (Photos & Video)

This Friday, John Legend kicked off Yahoo!’s new ‘On The Road‘ concert series. A set of free shows in cities throughout the US and Europe, which are intended to engage fans with some of Yahoo!’s latest apps. The ‘On The Road’ tour bus will travel across the States, making stops in major metropolises, where fans can find the bus at various locations, download or engage with new apps, and in exchange receive a voucher for show admission.

John Legend and Ryan Leslie were the first acts to perform for the summer concert tour, and they put on an outstanding show at New York’s United Palace Theatre. Legend was joined by the Salomé Chamber Orchestra for a one-hour-and-15-minute-set, which included new songs “Dreams,” “All To Me,” “The Beginning” and “Who Do We Think We Are” off his upcoming album Love In The Future. Along with some unique covers of Bruce Springsteen’s “Dancing In The Dark” and Simon and Garfunkel’s “Bridge Over Troubled Water,” as well as a number of his fan favorites including “Save Room,” “Used to Love You,” “Green Light” and the night’s encore-closer, “Ordinary People.” Ryan Leslie also debuted new records of his upcoming album Black Mozart, such as new song “History.”

The Wat-Aah! foundation kicked off “Move Your Body” 2013 this past Wednesday. The nationwide kids exercise event, in support of First Lady Michelle Obama’s ‘Let’s Move!’ initiative, launched with a major New York City school event featuring young Pop & R&B stars, including Mindless Behavior and Jacob Latimore.

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon Celebrate 5th Wedding Anniversary at Disneyland

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon celebrated their fifth anniversary with a fairytale ceremony at the Happiest Place on Earth on Tuesday night. Nick went all out for the special occasion, shutting down Disneyland for his superstar wife and two children.

Over 150 guests including Jermaine Dupri, Da Brat, and songwriter Diane Warren arrived to watch the couple renew their vows in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle. The pop diva arrived fashionably late in a horse-drawn pumpkin-shaped carriage with her daughter Monroe, and met her Prince Charming, who was waiting with their son Moroccan.

“Happy 5th(!!!!!!) Anniversary to the Best Husband in All The Land & 2 years ago pon de delivery,” tweeted Mimi, who will release her new single “Beautiful” featuring Miguel on Monday, May 6.

Earlier in the day, they celebrated the second birthday of Dem Babies at the amusement park.

Fantasia Honored at ‘Planet Hollywood’ Handprint Ceremony

Fantasia capped a busy week of promo for her album Side Effects of You, by being honored with a hand-printing ceremony at Planet Hollywood’s Times Square studio. The “Lose to Win” singer planted her hands in the cement and signed autographs for her young fans. Working up an appetite she also grabbed a bite to eat at Buca di Beppo next door, posing with a plate of spaghetti and meatballs.

On Saturday, Tasia played an intimate show for her fans at New York’s Beacon Theatre, performing material off the new album. In related news, TMZ reported that the songstress gave up her North Carolina mansion (seen in her reality show ‘Fantasia For Real’) to the bank, avoiding foreclosure, after it went unsold on the market. Beyoncé, Jay-Z & Blue Ivy Lunch In Paris

Beyoncé is certainly the talk of the town today, as she released her new H&M commercial, which debuted her new song “Standing On The Sun,” and last night she performed her new single “Grown Woman” for the first time, live in Paris.

The Pop icon took the afternoon off though, for some much needed family time, as she lunched with Jay-Z and their daughter Blue Ivy at a Parisian café. The paps hurried to snap some candid shots of the Carters, which show 15-month old Blue looking cute in a t-shirt and Adidas sneakers. Bey will perform her second sold-out show in Paris tonight.

Kelly Rowland Makes People’s ‘Most Beautiful’ List, Talks No Make-Up Photoshoot

Kelly Rowland has continued to look more and more beautiful over the years, and PEOPLE has taken notice. The popular magazine has named the R&B star as one of its ‘Most Beautiful.’

The 32-year old shares the honor with fellow leading ladies including Kerry Washington, Halle Berry, Jennifer Lawrence and more. In the photo, Kelly poses without makeup. “I feel very comfortable in my skin and very comfortable to share it with you guys,” she said of her natural look.

Kelly Rowland’s new album Talk a Good Game is due out this June featuring collaborations with Beyoncé, Michelle Williams, Pharrell, The-Dream, and Wiz Khalifa.

Justin Timberlake, Frank Ocean & Miguel Attend ‘Time 100 Gala,’ Miguel Wants to Collaborate with President Obama

The Time 100 Gala, celebrating the 100 Most Influential People of 2013, was held in New York City last night (April 23) at the Lincoln Center. Along with activists, politicians, actors, athletes, musicians and varied important folks from all walks of life, three of R&B’s biggest stars were honored and in attendance.

The goldenboy, Justin Timberlake, arrived with his wife Jessica Biel, and mingled with friends and fellow entertainers. Frank Ocean brought his mother Katonya as his date, to celebrate the momentous honor.

Honorees Miguel and Christina Aguilera were also invited to perform, as they had many of the power players in the audience on their feet with their rousing performances. While they were included on this year’s list, both Beyoncé and Jay-Z were unable to attend the event.

While on the red carpet Miguel spoke to MTV about who he would most like to collaborate with from the list — President Barack Obama. But, not on music, just talking positive social change.
