By

Miguel is storming the Billboard charts with a top 10 debut of his fourth studio album War & Leisure.

Landing at No. 9 on this week’s Billboard 200, the R&B maverick’s new LP moves 40,000 units (16,000) traditional. With this total, it becomes his third top 10 effort following Wildheart (No. 2 in 2015) and Kaleidoscope Dream (No. 3 in 2012).

Next year, Miguel is set to hit the road to promote the critically acclaimed album. Featuring SiR and Nonchalant Savant, his “War & Leisure Tour” will run from Feb. 22 in Portland through Apr. 12 in Berkeley.

Elsewhere on the Billboard 200, U2’s Songs of Experience debuts at No. 1, making them the only group with No. 1s in the 1980s, 1990s, 2000s, and 2010s. The album features Kendrick Lamar on “Get Out of Your Own Way” and “American Soul.”
