Compton native and sought-after songwriter, Prince Charlez has debuted a compelling black-and-white music video for his single “Back Around.”
The song tells the story of feeling the need for a divine intervention and is featured on Charlez’s upcoming EP, Evolution which is due out on Nov. 3 on Republic Records.
After being handpicked by Red One to pen a track for Usher back in 2010, Prince Charlez has since written for some of the biggest names in music, from Beyoncé to Rihanna, Mary J. Blige, and many others.
He was also recently nominated in the R&B Category for Spotify’s 2017 Secret Genius Awards.
