With each of his albums, Grammy-nominated artist Mali Music has evolved, and he will highlight that evolution with his second major label album, The Transition of Mali, which he has announced today (May 9.)
The 13-track album, which is said to explore different sounds while also maintaining his soulful R&B core, is due out June 2 via ByStorm Entertainment/RCA Records. An iTunes pre-order will be available on May 12.
At the end of March, Mali released the project’s first song, “Gonna Be Alright,” which is an empowering anthem for pushing through adversity with faith.
The singer-songwriter is set to perform this week in Oakland, CA at the New Parish on Thursday (May 11), and Los Angeles on Friday (May 12) at The Mint.
