Step in the name of love to Andy Stokes.

The indie R&B crooner has released the love-filled grown and sexy new single, “Let’s Have a Good Time,” off his new EP, Full Circle.

“Everybody have a good time,” sings Stokes. “Life is too short to spend with someone who don’t care / Let’s dress it up, and take it there / It’s time to party and feel real good.”

Labeled the “Northwest’s King of Soul,” Andy has been sharing his soulful voice and undeniable musical mastery with the Northwest music culture for more than three decades. Already an inductee to Oregon’s Music Hall of Fame, and a regular headliner at Paul Allen’s New Year’s Eve parties, the singer/songwriter continues to perform to sold-out crowds at iconic venues throughout the region.

As the lead vocalist with the legendary funk band Cool’R, Andy signed with renowned A&M Records, and toured worldwide as a featured artist with the likes of The Stylistics, Michael Bolton, George Clinton, The Temptations and many others. Now, the acclaimed singer has released his solo debut EP, Full Circle.

Full Circle, which was released in 2016 is a brilliantly crafted soulful journey emphasizing love, life and relationships, which will make any true R&B lover swoon. Produced by Ralph B. Stacey whose credits include Luther Vandross, Lauryn Hill, K-Ci & JoJo, and Johnny Gill; the EP is a collection of feel-good songs that highlight the incredible tone of Andy’s voice.

With writing by Stokes, Stacey, Marlon McClain (former Pleasure guitarist), Jeff Lorber, and R&B powerhouse Dennis Bettis, the set features powerful ballads and funky, heart-pumping grooves that take the listener on a stunning musical expedition. With Andy’s silky smooth R&B style and a gritty emotion that is unique to this legendary vocalist, the question arises, where has this timeless talent been for the last decade? Thankfully, it is back. Andy’s latest release brings not only the music, but Andy’s career, and life, ‘Full Circle.’
