Trey Songz & Fabolous Drop Joint Project ‘Trappy New Years’

Happy New Year! Let’s kick it off with some brand new music from Trey Songz and Fabolous. The singer and rapper have teamed up for a joint project called Trappy New Years for an early 2017 surprise.

On the 6-track EP the duo remix some of the biggest tracks of 2016, including Migos’ “Bad & Boujee,” Future’s “Used to This,” and Travis Scott’s “Pick Up the Phone.” The results are revamped cuts with a Fab and Trey twist.

It’s Trigga’s first project since 2015’s To Whom It May Concern. But, it follows the troubling news that Songz was arrested and charged with felony assault on a police officer and aggravated assault in Detroit.

Of course, Fab and Trey have a long history of collaborations that led up to Trappy New Years. That includes their work together on “What I Be On,” “Sicker Than Yo Average,” and their most recent collaborations, “Sex Wit Me (Rihanna Remix),” and “Wishing (Remix)” with DJ Drama, Tory Lanez, Jhené Aiko, and Chris Brown.

Ring in the new year with Fab and Trey below.
