While making her “Joyride Tour” stop in the Bay Area last night (April 5), Tinashe stopped by 106 KMEL to talk with Shay Diddy about her upcoming sophomore album, as well as her thoughts on Chris Brown’s diss over Twitter earlier in the week.
As you know last week, Kehlani made headlines when she revealed that she was hospitalized after an apparent suicide attempt. Many fans and celebrities reached out to support the 20-year-old, while Chris Brown proceeded to call it a sympathy ploy.
Social media called Brown out on being insensitive about the whole situation, and artists like Tinashe and Zendaya proceeded to unfollow him on Twitter. A fan pointed it out to Brown, who responded back by dissing the two singers saying, “They called and needed my help, not the other way around. I’ve been around for a bit, so these celebrities fade out musically if they aren’t original or let’s face it actually talented.”
