We all knew that RiRi was a rockstar, but BET is making it official!

Rihanna may have just kicked off her international “ANTI World Tour,” but her Navy isn’t the only group singing her praises. This year the Bajan princess will be honored at BET’s “Black Girls Rock!” ceremony with the Rock Star Award. The program will take place in a few weeks on April 1 in Newark, NJ at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center.

Tracy Ellis Ross is scheduled to host this year’s ceremony, which airs on BET April 5. Along with Rih, the show will also honor legendary singer Gladys Knight, writer-producer Shonda Rhimes, actress and playwright Danai Gurira, and young actress and activist Amanda Stenberg.

Rihanna expressed her gratitude for the award with a few Instagram posts thanking BET and showing off some sneak peeks of what to expect on her “ANTI World Tour.”
