Buzzing underground artist Gallant has launched a collaborative new video series titled “In The Room.” Last December, the soulful singer-songwriter traveled to New York City to record the project, which aims to pay tribute to and create something special with the artists that have inspired him the most.
The inaugural episode, recorded live in one take, features Sufjan Stevens, with whom Gallant has toured. Below, watch the two perform Stevens track “Blue Bucket of Gold” (stay till the end for Gallant’s amazing high notes), and catch them performing at the Coachella Valley Arts and Music Festival this spring.
