Following last months comeback song/video “Get Out My Way,” soulful crooner Ro James delivers the music video for his brand new song “Permission,” the first official single off his anticipated debut album on ByStorm Entertainment/RCA Records.

Musical journeys are vital in developing the talents of those truly gifted and Ro James has certainly been riding through his in a drop-top Caddy. Delivering effortless cool and mystique, the singer-songwriter rides through Los Angeles with his lady in the black-and-white visual, which premiered on REVOLT TV.

The sultry, soul drenched track was produced by Soundz (Usher, Trey Songz, Ciara) and co-written by Ro & Verse Simmonds.

“Now it’s time for you to show me what it’s hitting for / Sip a little Jack, maybe blow a little dro / Love ya from behind, but I hate to see ya go,” he sings while asking his girl for the green light.

Bringing just the right vibes as we full enter cuffing season, 2016 is shaping up to be a great year from the buzzing artist. Check out the single and video below!
