Monica brings the love to the skatepark in the brand new music video for her soulful single “Just Right For Me” featuring Lil Wayne, off her forthcoming album Code Red, due out Dec. 18.
Shot at Weezy’s indoor park in Miami, the black-and-white clip finds Mo riding out for her man, and hitting the arcade with her adorable daughter Laiyah. The Young Money boss shows off his skills on the ramps and gives Monica a one-on-one lesson.
“I am very proud of the ‘Just Right for Me’ video because it showcases my love for R&B music and Tunechi’s love for skateboarding in a fun, raw, and authentic way,” Monica told Complex. “I hope the fans enjoy the visual as we gear up for the Code Red tour and album.”
On Nov. 12, the R&B veteran will kick off her “Code Red Experience” tour with special guest Rico Love. Check out the video below:
