As Tweet gears up for the release of her anticipated comeback album Charlene, the Southern Hummingbird debuts the music video for her soulful lead single “Won’t Hurt Me.” The visual finds the singer/songwriter and an ex-boyfriend getting into a fight at a party.
He lingers at the door as the party ends. “Do whatever it is you gotta do, it won’t hurt me,” she sings to him, as he protests.
“I’ve evolved as a woman and I am much more wiser now. As an artist, I’ve totally matured vocally,” says Tweet of Charlene, which is due out in early 2016.
