Ashanti helped kick off Mother’s Day in New York on Sunday morning with a visit to FOX’s ‘Good Day NY.’ Bringing her momager with her the two spoke about their special bond and working relationship before the songstress performed a brand new song that she wrote for her Mom with Babyface.
Ashanti also confirmed that she is working on the follow-up to 2014’s Braveheart, and she plans to release the first official single this summer.
