Throwback Tuesday: Az Yet – ‘Last Night’

By

Az Yet is a R&B group from Philadelphia, most popular during the early ’90s. The group’s demo made it into the hands of iconic singer-songwriter Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds. He asked the group to perform at a show with After 7 & DeBarge, added founding Boyz II Men member Marc Nelson, and the rest was history.

“Last Night” was the first single released from their platinum eponymous debut album. The single was produced by Babyface and featured on The Nutty Professor film soundtrack. “Last Night,” reached No. 9 on the Billboard Hot 100, No. 1 on the R&B chart. The song leaves little to the imagination and proves to be a sexy and sensual classic.

That’s some good love making if one is seeing the sun, the moon, the mountains, the rivers, and heaven! Enjoy the throwback above!
