British crooner Sam Smith has taken the world by storm with his elegant voice and commanding ballads, specifically his massive single “Stay With Me.” On Wednesday morning, Smith made his second performance appearance on NBC’s ‘TODAY’ Show and wowed viewers with the aforementioned hit, as well as his personal favorite “I’m Not The Only One.”
Sam admitted that he is still getting used to performing on television, as he confessed to Matt Lauer that he does get some stage fright when he stands in front of a camera.
“Because there’s millions and millions of people watching you,” he explained, waving “hello” to those millions. “I’m better today; I’ve done it a few times now so it’s getting normal, and you [Lauer] make me feel at ease.”
