Up and coming Toronto Alt-R&B singer Ben Stevenson makes his first appearance on ThisisRnB with a vibey tune titled “Summer Dealer.”
The smooth and mellow gem, produced by Happy Perez (Frank Ocean, Miguel) is the lead single from his upcoming EP Dirty Laundry. Stevenson’s falsetto glides over Perez’s vaporous piano-laden instrumental as he daydreams over his ex, and their perfect times.
“I can’t call it, I think I’m folding, your dirty laundry, caught in the winding river / Let the water lift you up, fill your cup,” he softly sings.
Ben’s Dirty Laundry is due out November 4 via Culvert Music.
