Calvin Richardson has been heating up bedrooms with his brand new single “We Gon Love Tonite,” and now he heats up the screen with the official music video.
In the black-and-white visual, the soulful crooner takes his leading lady on a romantic getaway to a secluded location for some intimate memories.
“I couldn’t think of any other way to do it,” Calvin told Singersroom about shooting the music video with his sexy co-star. “She made it fun.”
“I just really wanted the video to play out the words of the song, and the director was able to listen to the song and see the vision. It’s a sexy song, and I think tastefully, it was properly done.”
Calvin’s new album I Am Calvin is due out September 30 via Eric Benet’s new label venture Jordan House.
