Jeremih & Fabolous uncapped

The FADER and vitaminwater have partnered once again to present #uncapped, a series of concerts dedicated to supporting emerging musical talent and “hydrating the hustle” of today’s breakthrough artists.

The concert series kicked off last night in New York City with live performances by Jeremih and Run The Jewels (Killer Mike and El-P).

Dressed in all-black with a gold chain and dark wayfarers, Jeremih opened his set with a live rendition of “Bo Peep” supported by a four-piece band. Not too long into the set, the special guests started rolling out. First was Estelle, who joined Jeremih for their duet “Be In Love,” before performing her mega-hit “American Boy,” with Jeremih providing harmonies.

Harlem’s Vado showed up to rap on him and Jeremih’s recent collaboration, “Bae,” but it was NYC hip-hop staple Fabolous, who stole the show joining Jeremih for a couple tracks, including their hit “Thim Slick.” The R&B crooner wrapped things up with two electric performances: a slightly downtempo take on his breakthrough hit, “Birthday Sex,” and his newest smash, the YG-featured “Don’t Tell ‘Em.”
