Chris Brown Ordered To Spend An Additional 4 Months In Jail

By

Geezum! Things are not looking too good for R&B superstar Chris Brown right about now.  On Friday afternoon Breezy appeared in an L.A. courtroom for a new hearing, and the singer admitted to the judge that he violated his probation by getting into a fight in Washington, D.C., last year.

Get the details after the jump!

According to the AP, Superior Court Judge James R. Brandlin sentenced Brown to serve one year in custody. However, the judge took in to accountability Brown’s 116 days spent in rehab and his already 59 days spent behind bars. Therefore, another 131 days remain, but he may be up for early release due to jail overcrowding.

Reminder: Chris was originally facing up to 4 years in prison as this was a violation in his parole from the 2009 Rihanna case. Due to his recent diagnosis of bipolar disorder though, the judge showed him a little slack as this could be a cause of his aggressive nature.

If all of this isn’t enough, Breezy might have another situation on his hands as far as days spent in jail. His case in the D.C. assault will begin in June.

For now, the judge has ordered Chris to attend a therapy sessions with a psychiatrist 2 times a week in addition to his days in jail.
