Chris Brown Appears In Court For Probation Hearing

A seemingly exhausted Chris Brown appeared in front of a judge today to set the date for his probation violation hearing in the 2009 case of then girlfriend Rihanna.

Get the details after the jump.

Brown, who turns 25 this coming Monday, has had a rough few weeks. After the conviction of his bodyguard Christopher Hollosy during last month’s assault trial, the troubled singer had his own trial delayed as prosecutors were determining if they wanted to let Hollosy testify in Breezy’s case.

Now weeks later, Brown must remain in jail until at least May 9 – the date of the next hearing. Having been incarcerated since March 14, the singer looked paled and drained as he sat in front of the judge in his orange jumpsuit to await the decision.

Currently serving time in the L.A. prison system, if found guilty of his case in D.C. against 20-year-old Adam Parker, the “Loyal” singer could serve up to 4 years in prison. Yikes.
