Throwback Tuesday: Case – “Happily Ever After”

Case is a Grammy-nominated R&B singer and songwriter. After some failed group attempts, Case got his start co-writing and singing background for artists including Usher, Christopher Williams and Al B. Sure. Russell Simmons helped Case launch his solo career by signing him to Def Jam Records in the mid ’90s.

“Happily Ever After” was the second single released from Case’s platinum sophomore album Personal Conversation. The single reached #15 on the Hot 100 and #3 on the R&B charts. The song remained on the Hot 100 chart for a total of twenty weeks. The music video features a young Beyoncé Knowles as his love interest. Enjoy the video!
