Pharrell had Hollywood’s elite on their feet with a joyous performance of his No.1 single “Happy” at the 86th Annual Academy Awards on Sunday.
The hit-maker rocked the stage at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood wearing his famous Vivienne Westwood “Mountain” hat, black track jacket, and red adidas high-tops, joined by a choir of high-school students and 20 dancers.
Making his way into the audience, Skateboard P danced with Oscar nominees including Lupita Nyong’o, Meryl Streep, and Amy Adams, while Jamie Foxx and Kate Hudson got down onstage.
Meanwhile, the brown hat he wore to the Grammys was purchased by restaurant chain Arby’s for a whopping $44,100 on eBay, with all proceeds going to charity.
