The ish has finally hit the fan for R&B superstar Chris Brown.  During his court appearance on Monday afternoon the judge denied his lawyers request for release, and ordered him to remain in jail for over a month…

The 24-year-old singer was arrested on Friday after getting kicked out of the Malibu rehab facility where he was being treated for anger management, substance abuse and bi-polar disorder. Superior Court Judge James R. Brandlin had ordered him to stay in rehab while he decided whether Brown violated his probation in the Rihanna assault case.

On Monday, Brown appeared before a judge in an orange jumpsuit alongside his attorney Mark Geragos.

The judge said Chris had an “inability to stay out of trouble” and was especially troubled at a statement Chris made at rehab, where he reportedly said, “I am good at using guns and knives.”

He wants him to remain in jail until a D.C. jury decides if he committed criminal assault in his D.C. assault case, which goes to trial on April 17.

The L.A. judge will hold a probation violation hearing on April 23. If Chris is convicted in D.C., he could potentially be sentenced up to four years in prison for violating probation in the Rihanna case.

According to TMZ, Brown was kicked out of rehab after he violated a rule to stay at least 2 feet from women in the facility.

This young man has made many mistakes but WE ALL HAVE! Let him have a life. I do believe he needs some help and a better support system but who are we to judge. I am a CB fan and I’m praying for his recovery. So sad… Other celebrities have done just as much if not more than him however I feel as tho they are making a spectical of him.Flexing power. Just as our legal system did with LiL Kim for NOT SNITCHING!

I think that he is being singled out really. Ppl do the same dumb stuff he has done on a daily basis and they aren’t being slandered like this. He’s made mistakes like we all have he is human. Jesus take the wheel in his life because who’s trying to help and really save him. Nobody really who’s trying to actually help him, nobody. My heart goes out to him along with my prayers

They need to b held accountable like evrybody else just cuz they r celebrities dont mean they can do whatever they want and vet away with it granted he needs help so he should of stay away from the females easy as that he needs to grow up keep his hands to himself. The court doesn’t only need to pick on celebrities they need to do it with evrybody else that can’t keep their hands to themselves. But the ppl that get kicked out of rehab do go to jail also. But that’s not as interesting to put on the news then when a celebrity does it. They r not picking on him his fans want to know his business its all

Indeed @ Leobosslady, no man should be so fancy and held above the law. But on the flip side the law, Judges in particular should not use they powers and authority in way that make the average person question their authority, this is just outrageous!!!
It makes me jealous of the notion that our Judges would give an murder suspect a bond but when it come to Lil Chris he has to suffer in jail while his case is being waiting to be decide on what to do next… Although, Lil Chris is not a flight risk..
Lil Chris should have a bond like any other American and set free pending the outcome and decision of the court… How can we right that wrong!!!

Phil March Always a celebrity STAN to want people who break the law, to get a slap on the wrist. CB has done so many illegal things and have always managed to get off scott free, because of his money, fame and lawyers. A month is not going to hurt him, in fact it might wake that ass up a bit. You may be a celeb brother man, but that ass can get locked up as you see, just like any average joe. So sit and think about your future, without all of your crew beside you, in your ear.

@ MilitantPrince, although murder is the ultimate crime of death… No matter how much Lil Chis has gotten in trouble don’t amount or succeed the ultimate crime.. His pettiness can’t be compared to murder… Again, although, murderers get reasonable bonds… Ask “George Zimmerman.” I’m not implementing that Lil Chris is right or wrong, but he should be able to post a reasonable bond to secure his appearance pending the outcome of the case…
