This year’s Grammy Awards hosted plenty of surprising collaborations. From the provocative performance given by the Carter’s, to the tear jerker by John Legend, fans were in for big things Sunday evening.

Robin Thicke traded in the twerk queen, Miley Cyrus, for the band playing Chicago, as the crooner performed a medley of the their hits including “Does Anyone Really Know What Time It Is?,” “Beginnings,” and “Saturday in the Park.”

After a terrific collabo, Thicke shifted into his Grammy-nominated smash single, “Blurred Lines.” Only giving us a taste of what had the potential to be a remarkable rendition of the track with the help of Chicago, we are surely thankful for the little piece we did get.
