The stars shined bright in Las Vegas on Friday evening as Centric TV presented the 2013 Soul Train Awards. The annual show was held at the Orleans Arena, and hosted by actor/comedian Anthony Anderson.
Many of R&B and Soul music’s biggest and brightest were in the building for a night of entertainment and celebration. Jennifer Hudson performed her new retro inspired single “I Can’t Describe,” surprising the audience by bringing out T.I. for his verse. Tamar Braxton took home the award for ‘Best Female R&B Artist,’ while K. Michelle won ‘Best New Artist.’
