Mariah Carey had some big announcements last week, and she keeps the news coming. After revealing the management merger with Jermaine Dupri, and sharing a personal letter to her fans about her injury recovery, the pop icon has now shared the planned released date for her next single.
“The Art of Letting Go” will premiere exclusively on Mariah’s Facebook page on November 11, she announced today.
“This song is so personal to me and I’m very excited to share this experience with you in such an intimate way,” she wrote on Facebook.
“The Art of Letting Go” serves as the follow-up to the Miguel-assisted hit “#Beautiful,” which peaked at No. 15 on the Billboard Hot 100.
She has been in the studio with Nas, Wale, Rodney Jerkins, Hit-Boy, Mike WiLL Made-It, and Jermaine Dupri working on her first album since 2009′s Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel.
