Stepping back on the scene with his first video since the quietly released visual to the 2010 track “Ooh Baby,” R&B crooner Mario delivers the anticipated music video to his Nicki Minaj-assisted single, “Somebody Else.” The song, which discusses a story that we all know so well, of being left in a relationship, has been taking over radio stations everywhere and serves as a great comeback for the veteran artist.
With a pending September release for his fifth studio album, tentatively titled ‘Restoration,’ Mario notes that this album will differ immensely from is predecessors. With the current single “Somebody Else” garnering much attention and a said follow-up titled “Fatal Distraction” featuring J. Cole, we’re anticipating this album to bring his talents back to the forefront of R&B.
