He’s back!! Chris Brown premieres the much-anticipated new single and music video for “Fine China.” The first release off his upcoming sixth album, X. The R&B superstar channels Michael Jackson in the cinematic, dance-heavy visual, which he co-directed with Sylvan White (Stomp The Yard).
Breezy is caught up in a relationship with an untouchable female, the daughter of the leader of Chinese mafia gang The Triads. As the two lovers only wish to continue their affair the gang is determined to put an end to the romance. However, Chris has a gang of his own. What will the outcome be? We will only have to wait and see…
“I wanted to go with a film director to set the mood and bring that artistic side to it. I’m not one who always loves to stand in front of the camera with flashy cars and big booty girls all the time,” Chris previously told Billboard. “In this video, you’ll see me taking care of the girl, doing gentlemanly things—showing another side of me. I know my female audience sees it. But the naysayers might say, ‘No, that’s not him.’”
The uptempo, retro inspired single was produced by emerging producer/writer Roccstar, and co-written with Brown, Eric Bellinger and Sevyn Streeter. Hear the smash record and see the video below:
