Kevin McCall: ‘I Want People To Believe In Love,’ Talks Debut Album, Advice From Chris Brown, Related to Al Green?

By

Kevin McCall is planning to make himself a household name. While he just released his third mixtape, “Definition,” this past V-Day, he is hard at work crafting his currently untitled debut album.

ThisisRnB TV caught up with Kevin earlier this year at his studio in North Hollywood for a candid interview. In this clip the singer/rapper/producer talks about wanting to help people believe in love again through his music, even though he is still working on learning more about real love himself.

He shared some details about his forthcoming debut album, which will most likely be self-titled, because it will be the best introduction of who Kevin McCall is as an artist. He talked about the best advice he has received from Chris Brown, who helped introduce him through their past hits “Deuces” and “No BS.” He even revealed a very special fact about himself, that he is actually related to the legendary Al Green!

Check out the interview above, and download his new mixtape, “Definition” here.
