Ne-Yo returned to the hot seat of Power105.1’s ‘The Breakfast Club’ early Friday morning. Last time the R&B hitmaker visited the show he made a comment about Trey Songz, which was taken too seriously and turned into a bit of a back and forth, so he cleared that up again, spoke about his past baby mama drama which he had revealed in his recent Vh1 ‘Behind The Music’ episode, continued to speak about his brand new album R.E.D. (go pick that up!), and shared his views on R&B releases this year.

Alicia Keys re-discovers herself on the introspective, piano-driven power ballad, “Brand New Me,” co-written by Emeli Sandé.
“‘Brand New Me’ is about the journey it takes to get to a place where you are proud to be a new you,” Alicia recently told The BoomBox. “There is nothing wrong with growing. There may be people in your life that knew you for a long time and they think of you only as the person you used to be and not the person you now are. And this song is a conversation introducing them to the new you, where nothing can hold you back and no one can hold you down.”
The R&B diva will release her fifth studio album Girl On Fire on November 27th. Take a listen to her latest song below…

During Chris Brown‘s visit to Big Boy’s Neighborhood on Friday morning, he premiered a brand new song, aptly titled “Nobody’s Perfect.” A very dance heavy jam. Which could appear to be somewhat of an admittance of his personal relationship issues, but done is a hidden pop way, instead of a more heartfelt ballad. It’s what we’ve come to expect from Breezy now though…
The dance-pop record serves as the first single off Brown’s next album titled, “Carpe Diem,” due in 2013. Hear the radio rip below…
Chris Brown has been back making media runs. Early Friday Breezy paid a visit to Big Boy’s Neighborhood on Power106 in LA. The R&B star spoke about his current relationship with Rihanna, of course saying they are not back together and just working on their friendship. He does want people to just back off and let them live their lives and work on their situation. Chris admitted in the past they would like paparazzi taking pictures of them, but now he understands that attention is not important and not necessarily healthy, he also explained why he released the recent webisode about his current relationship situation between ex-girlfriend Karrueche and Rihanna.
In an additional clip below, Chris jokes and talks about all his tattoos.
