Every star has a beginning, this is the introduction of Austin Brown.

ThisisRnB TV hung out with emerging artist Austin Brown during a recent trip to NYC. The multi-talented up and comer, for those that don’t know, is the youngest child of Rebbie Jackson, currently co-managed by Jermaine Dupri, has been hard at work on his debut album Highway 85, and producing a unique balance between the real music of the past and progressive, spirited pop.

In this piece, Austin describes the art he is creating, and what to expect from his debut, he talks about his team and crew The Backpack Kids, moment of success, and addresses the possible pressure that comes from being a Jackson.

Now, you gotta watch this humorous behind the scenes visual as Kellz gets into full makeup to play “Randolph” one of the crazy characters he plays himself. Uh Oh, do we see a spinoff coming? Ha!


Chris Brown Launches ‘Black Pyramid’ Clothing Collection

Chris Brown continues to expand his brand and use his artistic gifts in new and positive ways. The R&B superstar launched his brand new Black Pyramid clothing line at the Pink Dolphin flagship store in Los Angeles on Wednesday. The apparel collection, a collaboration between Breezy and Pink+Dolphin founders Neima Khaila and Cena Barhaghi, is currently only available for purchase at the company’s Fairfax Blvd. store.

Breezy was on hand to meet hundreds of fans, sign merchandise, and talk about the limited edition threads, which can be seen in his latest video for “Don’t Judge Me” and on stars including Rihanna.

The streetwear designs were inspired by Chris’ art. “No one of this generation had mastered the art of making a perfect pyramid, hence the name, Black Pyramid,” explained the company’s rep.

New Music: Rihanna – “Lost In Paradise”

Rihanna has shared a brand new record off her forthcoming seventh studio album, Unapologetic. The later cut, track #14 to be exact, “Lost In Paradise” is a hard, head bobbin, dub based record, which finds RiRi admitting to some questionable actions, but everything just seems right to her.

“What am I supposed to do with this heart? It may be wrong, but it feels right, to be lost in paradise!” sings the Pop princess. Take a listen below, Rihanna will release her new album on November 19th.

With her debut album, Goldenheart, being pushed to January, Dawn Richard is continuing to keep her fans supplied with new music. The singer-songwriter has shared an unreleased gem from her vault, titled “Norma Jean,” which is inspired by Marilyn Monroe.
